First up, a url followed by a thumbs up emoji (e.g. colon thumbs_up colon) gets auto-converted into an link (a href) with a microformat class of 'u-like-of'. So, assuming I've hooked up my site properly to fed.brid.gy, those should wind up being magically forwarded on to the fediverse (todo: I think I still need to send fed.brid.gy a webmention to kick that process off...)
